We are sorry your experience was as expected!

At Alaska Sell it LLC we want you, the client, to have an enjoyable and care free experience here. We won’t berate you, belittle you, spam you, or make it any harder than needed to rectify any problems or disatisfaction you may have. In the event we cannot remedy your issue, we will gladly issue you a refund within the following guidelines.

Private Ads

Should you place a private Ad and the situation requires refund, we will gladly issue the refund back to the original payment method within the following guidelines:

Any refund given will be done so back to the original payment method. This is non negotiable.

Should a refund be requested within our stated policy, we will immediately process your request with no hassle.

We do not issue credits when a refund is in order. There’s is simply no way to efficiently track this.

If you place the Ad you have 24 hours from the time the Ad is published and is “live” to determine if there is an issue that cannot be remedied. Please note that YOU as the user have the ability to edit your Ad at any point, all we do is moderate and publish it.

Should you place an Ad that does not meet our legal scrutiny, contains links to other websites, or contain prohibited by law items that could create a legal issue for us, Alaska Sell It LLC, we simply will not publish it and will enact a refund. If required we may forward said information to Law Enforcement agencies for further investigation.

We understand that 99.9% of folks out there mean well. Should you be found to be operating fraudulently or scamming users here in any way, shape or form, i.e. “puppy scams” etc.YOU will void all rights to ANY refund and may be subject to bans. We don’t want to do it, so don’t force us 😊.

If you are a “frequent flyer” for refunds and we notice a pattern of placing Ads, then requesting refunds soon after, this may be considered a Red Flag warning to us. We may decide a business partnership may not be in OUR mutual interest at that time. We reserve the right to terminate our services once all transactions, if warranted, are complete.

Business Ads

As a business we want to encourage you to post your ads for items you are selling, services you are offering, or employment opportunities you may be offering!

Should you place a Business Ad and the situation requires refund, we will gladly issue the refund back to the original payment method within the following guidelines:

Please note that links are only allowed in paid advertisement banners for businesses who opt for this service.

Business Banner Advertisements

Business Ad banners are a more in depth service we offer that allows the web traffic to see you business and by clicking on the advertisement is linked directly to your company website or contact information. These Ads are typically sold in a “all sales final” status.

Now that doesn’t mean we are saying it’s a take it or leave it proposition. We reserve the right to review each issue on a case by case basis.

If the Banner Ad goes live, it’s live for the contracted time paid for unless the client business wants it taken down or paused. We do not typically pro rate the contract time but will consider options on a case by case basis.

Should our marketing partner design and build your banner, that service is paid for by you to our partner, and barring extreme circumstances is final. It is you product to take with you, keep or discard.
